SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping to and from Raptor Parts is at the customer’s expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location, this is inclusive of returns.

Estimated shipping time is 4 to 6 weeks for freight items; 1 to 2 weeks for UPS ground items.

Free Shipping Details

Only addresses within the continental United States are eligible for free shipping. Normal shipping rates will apply for addresses outside of the continental United States.

Outside Continental United States – Shipping outside the continental United States requires additional shipping costs after an order is placed. These shipping costs will vary based on address, time of purchase, and products purchased. A sales representative will confirm your order and additional shipping costs before being finalized.

RETURN POLICY

Products may be returned only with a valid Return Authorization Number and if upon arrival they are damaged. During shipping, scrapes and scratches may occur.

If the scrapes and/or scratches are minor please send us pictures to: info@raptorparts.com. Once received we will determine the next course of action. Please include receipt, freight company, and the best way to contact you.

All claims must be made within 24 hours of the product(s) being received to be considered. Damage claims can be initiated by email.

When returning a product Raptor Parts will arrange a pick up date. The product(s) must be packaged in the same manner as received.

90 DAY POLICY

All products that that have not been scheduled for pick-up or delivery after 90 days from the date of completion are subject to forfeiture of ownership and forfeiture of any monetary amounts that have been paid.

Any products or items left over 90 days are subject to forfeiture of ownership and are subject to storage and/or disposal fees.

REFUND POLICY

Raptor Parts is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund.

Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A (25%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item(s) is repacked properly & items are in as new condition)
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $(25.00).
  • Refunds are only processed on the 1st and 15th of each month, please allow 30 – 45 days for refund credits to appear.
  • Timing for credit to appear on credit card statements may vary by card issuer and may not show up until the next billing cycle statement even after refund processing time described above.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
